Haute Dog Howl'Oween Parade 10/27/13

Over 500 dogs and their owners donned their best costumes and joined in the Haute Dog Howl'Oween parade in Belmont Shores today! What a fun family event and it raised a lot of money for animal-welfare groups, plus hopefully helped find new homes for some adoptable dogs and cats.
