Kangaroos at Shelley's Beach, Coff's Harbour 10/24/11

This was a magical spot we discovered just north of Coff's Harbour on New South Wales' North Coast - Shelley's Beach Reserve at Moonee Beach. Kangaroos dotted the grassy headland and then we saw an amazing sight of a large kangaroo bounding along the entire length of this deserted beach. He was going in and out of the shallow water and when he reached the end of the beach, he just hopped straight up the steep embankment!
